If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your friction fit ceiling wall and floor register, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

How to Start a Return:

Email: orders@fitvents.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

 

We will reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective on arrival), we will cover return shipping.

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless required by law).

 

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

  • Refunds typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card provider.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
